How to fix issues if Google duo not working

Fix Google Duo Not working  Connection Issues:

➢    Make sure that internet is connected properly with your device. If you are not sure then check WIFI and mobile data settings.

➢    Restart the Google Duo app. If Internet connectivity is okay but Google Duo is still not working, try restarting the app.

➢    Go to Settings »Apps» App Manager »Duo» and touch the Force Stop button, then open the Duo app again. Restart your device. If the restart does not fix it, restart your device (power off / on) and see if it fixes any temporary problem with the device.

If you are having issues with video or audio during a call on Google Duo, then you can do this.

Check whether the device's camera or microphone is blocking it. If so, clear then remove it. Ensure that your WIFI or cellular network connection is not weak, or Google duo Not Working properly.

Restart the Google Duo app or restart your device.

If you have low battery or poor internet connectivity, then Google Duo can reduce the quality of the video or just close the video to keep a call with audio. To fix this, do the following:

1.       Charge your device battery.

2.       Get better internet connectivity.
